What to expect when visiting Burgessville Baptist Church

We love having visitors! Please, just show up on a Sunday! 

We would love to meet you!

The Service starts at 10:30 AM, but my advice is to show up a little bit early to meet people. Unless you are super introverted, in which case showing up exactly at 10:30 AM is probably your best plan. 

Once you are inside the building, there is a small flight of stairs to walk up. If your joints discourage you from walking up our stairs, why now try the stair lift (picture to right).

If you are early, you might be welcomed upon entering the sanctuary. There will be a table in front of you with pamphlets about various things and you may find there a carafe of fresh coffee. Some Sundays, there is no carafe and no fresh coffee, but there is always a Keurig and fresh water for you to make your own. There's some other stuff there as well sometimes, like bottled water, but for a lot of us, knowing a church's coffee situation is extremely important.

 We have a mix of amazing live music and YouTube videos. 

There are tambourines and things that you can bang on if you are feeling rhythmical.

 We have a prayer request time. A lot of churches don't do this anymore.
